Let's see- I've clearly fallen off my Monday post rule from when I started this blog. I've missed the last three Mondays so I'm going to post one photo from each of the last three weeks.

Todd Wells was pushing the pace at the beginning of the 2009 Short Track National Championship, but in the end a barely visible (in this photo) Adam Craig lit the course up with a brutal attack and won.
