Even though my website and company name is "jakespointofview" it's not often that I actually shoot a P.O.V. shot. The name jakespointofview was actually coined by my wonderful wife Tricia when I was struggling for a website name. I wanted something more than just my name and something unique, related to photography but expandable. It has stuck since then.

Back to the post at hand after that little fun fact. This was shot last November on one of the local trails for the Giant P&A catalog. The camera is mounted via 2 superclamps, 1 bicycle seatpost and a ball head. I used one flash, camera right, shot the whole thing remotely as the model rode by.

How many giant Logo's can you find in this one?

C'mon now Yuroshek! I wasn't on the bike! That was my model, and she was pretty nervous about having 7k worth of camera gear hanging from her bike. One wrong move and it would have been tears for everyone!
